Speed problems detected

Dears, I'm having problems with the database speed for a few weeks now. I have checked that it isn't a problem with my internet connection.
Could it be our version we are using at numisdata? It slows down the work I am doing.... 🙁

Please provide more detail of your system, server, SO; Dédalo version, PHP version, PostgreSQL version, Apache version, RAM and disk space ...

And some questions that can help:

Which Dédalo version do you have?
Your server has enough free RAM? HD?
Do you try to reboot services as PHP, PostgreSQL, Apache,...?
The speed down in all cases or doing something specific?

You need to talk with the server responsable (IT person that can enter to review the server status), something is happening in the server side.
