Hello! Support uploading audiovisual material & permissions

Dear Dédalo,

I'm a new user, and—-apologies if this has an obvious solution—but I've found some difficulties trying to upload audiovisual material for a project. I'm unsure if it has to do with having the right permissions and access configuration from the root user to the Admin General. Here are more details on the situation:

Root user has granted me access as an 'Admin General' to all of the areas in Dédalo to read and write
I've created my project and am starting to add a new entry for an interview
But when I try to upload audiovisual material, the icon is disabled
The root user has tried to check all the permissions and check 'all' for the 'Tool Permission', but it seems that it doesn't save this change, and the General Admin user has no access to all tools.

Seems that you don't have registered the tools.

If the installation is new, you should check if your Dédalo server has registered the tools:

Go to «Administration->Maintenance», open the «Register tools» panel and check if you have any tool in red color and press the «Register tools» button:

Log out and log in and check if is working.

If it doesn't work, don't hesitate to tell me... 😉
