You are exporting a three-link steps, and it's working properly because the main portal create the second link of the breakdown in vertical and the third step is done by horizontal breakdown instead vertical finally the repeat data is done by the option "Fill the gaps".
This kind of export was created for Bibliography references because is the most used situation inside Dédalo ontology and it's a three links situation
Bibliographyc reference --> Publications --> Authors
And the break down work in this way:

As yo can see the third links (Authors) is breakdown in horizontal way rather than vertical way, as you need to see that they are part of the second step, publication.
So in your case:
Mapa de fosas ---> Intervencions --> Individus exhumats
The third step individus exhumats is done in the Authors way, in horizontal format. Therefore, what can you do for the export it in vertically?.
Right now, you can export it form Intervencions not from Mapa de fosas and export will done as two steps way using a vertical format:
And you will get a row by Individus exhumats
The 3 steps exports are a very complex situation, and it's not common except for bibliographic references (that is used a lot). We have pointed this topic to see any way to specify if you want a horizontal or vertical export, but it is super/mega complex situation and you need wait.
