Export data

Good morning dears,
We are working with Dedalo and we need to export a table with only the coins of a single project plus the type and date information. Something like that:
coins section_id Key [numisdata81] Date [numisdata35]
5278 RIC II, Part 3 (second edition) Hadrian 358 120 121

However, I find two problems:

If I export from a file, I cannot ask for the date of the type, since this field is not displayed in the rest of the values it contains.
If I export from type, I can make the table that I have given you above, but the problem is that it joins the same types in the same row, so that when I work with the excel sheet I have to display each id and replicate the rest of the fields by hand, I have done it for these 376 denarii, and I see that it leads to human error as it is not automatic.

My question is, am I exporting wrong? Or can the export be improved so that from the file you can request the dates of each coin or from type, request each of the coins individually without being grouped by type?

i think you are right. When exporting coins, i don't see a possibility to show the dating for the types.

Yes... it's not possible to get the fields from types when you export from numismatic object.
It's because Type field is an autocomplete and Coins field is a component_portal, this two fields works with different code and every component_portal (mosaic, line) can handle his fields but the autocompletes (autocomplete, autocomplete_hi, autocomplete_ts) do not works in the same way... in v5 the code for every type of those fields are different and his hard to add the same functionality to every component... but, we are implemented a patch, that will be soon.

We publish new version v5.9.3 . This version has the ability to choose the Type fields from Numismatic Object (in the same way that Coins fields from Types) when you export.
