Hello. We are scanning a large number of documents in the PDF section, and we would like to be able to describe them accurately in order to perform precise searches based on their document typology.
There is already a typology field [rsc24], but it seems to be more suitable for organizing content into broad groups. Perhaps the label of this field could be changed to Group or renamed as “Typology / Group.
However, this field is not sufficient to accurately define the nature of the scanned documents in a standardized way. It might be useful to add a new field tagged as Name of the object or Document, type which could retrieve values from the 'Object` Thesaurus. This would help avoid having to repeat terms in different lists / sections such as poster, brochure, invoice, diary, and so on.
