It is clear, Alex. Thanks. We know that and we (regular users) do it that way. The point is that we have different user profiles collaborating in the project (some are temporary students, external collaboratorators and so on) and we want to avoid people misusing and mixing terms from different theasurus in that field cause actually it happens.
So our suggestion regarding this issue is a possible update in the procedding that by default only shows the Objects thesaurus in that field.
The way we currently do it works, but we believe this would be an improvement that would make things even easier. Otherwise, we've found that Thematic Descriptors are sometimes used to name objects, which is a nightmare and a time-consuming process because it forces us to go through everything and purge that information.
