We are experiencing problems during the import of multi-language fields in version 6.5.1. We have tried importing tables in different fields from the tch, actv and numisdata sections, and none of them worked.
It does not seem to be a bug in our JSON code since, for example, in numisdata38 (designs), we have exported a RAW csv of the IDs 1-5 records with only the numisdata64 (design) field and, later, it gives an error if we try to import the exported file.
