Hi Alberto
1º We have deleted any elements in Dedalo, but they still appears in our web.
Step by step.
To delete a record from the publication, you must to set 'Public' field to 'disable' (not green color).

and publish it normally:

This action is a 'negative' publication of the current/s record/s and deletes the published record/s in the diffusion database.
On the other hand, when a Dédalo record is deleted, a window like this was displayed to allow user to decide if delete or not the published record (diffusion records):

If you has made the correct delete sequence and the publication record (MySQL/MariaDB) is not deleted, you probably have an error in your system that is logged in the server log.
If you don't have access to this log file or you want to re-create the situation, you can restore the record in Dédalo using Time machine tool, and delete it again takin care about the value of the 'Publication' field and the delete message.
If you needs a fast or temporal solution for bad published records, you can always to delete it by hand in the MySQL/MariaDB database using a DB manager like Admin Neo or similar and check calmly the cause of the problem in your installation.
Lucky with that
Best
