I have exported a lot of images with the download media button in the export page. It seems that the downloaded media feature doesn't include by default other formats than .jpg, because I've realised that I missed, at least, .png and .tiff files that were uploaded in Dedalo.

Download media is configured to download the .jpg file by default because it should be created during the upload process. However, if the .jpg file is missing for any reason, such as manual cleaning or an error in the upload process, you can recreate it by updating the cache of the files that are not available.

You can find out which files are not downloadable in the info.txt file included in the .zip file downloaded by the export tool.

For recreate the files follow below:

Search the ids of the images.

Use the tool Update cache. Select the image component to recreate the .jpg

Press the Update Records

The process takes time because it needs to read all images selected by the filter and check if they needs some versions and qualities.

And... we add a new topic to develop, a format selector to download any other format in the export tool.

It worked, but failed with three .tif files (MIB images 317253,317302,317303). Update cache doesn't work for those three records. The regenerate files button in the media versions window also fails. I've realised also that when opening those images in a new window, the blue button down in the window corner, doesn't download the original image, while from the media versions window those downloads work fine.

It seems that the original files (tiff) have some corruption issues.
You can download one, re-export it from an image editor, and try again.
If that doesn't work, you can send us some originals so we can check the headers.
