Issue after updating to version 6.4.7: image export and PDF OCR not working

After updating to version 6.4.7, we are no longer able to export images. When we try to download them, the ZIP file appears empty.

1) I select a range of objects

Then export and select the image

When downloading the ZIP file, it only shows an empty info.txt file.

Additionally, the OCR has stopped working when we upload PDFs to the media library. Could this be related to the removal of the obsolete configuration variable PDF_OCR_ENGINE?

Seems a permissions problem, I test the download and is working properly.
Can you send me the PHP error log?

As I know, PDF_OCR_ENGINE is not deprecated /obsolete... config Why you remove it?

I don’t understand where the permissions issue could be coming from, as none of them have been modified since the installation. Just in case, we have updated to PHP 8.4 and verified that all permissions are correct. Our php-fpm user is the owner of the files and the group permissions are configured properly. We have set 775 permissions for directories and 664 for files. We had disabled the variable because it was marked as deprecated.

We are also going to remove the debug options to see if we can clearly detect any PHP errors and provide a clean log, although in what we reviewed so far, no errors appeared.
