Hi,
I follow the warning steps in the update but finally I,ve got this error

It looks like a file access problem, probably the PHP CLI does not access the 'area_maintenance' class because of permissions or and error that breaks the thread.
Please get the PHP log from the server to analyse the problem.
If the action does not generate errors on the server, try forcing the var 'SHOW_DEBUG' to true in the configuration file and try again.

I've just log in the server to see the posibly php errors but when I restarted the data update it starts to work properly.

In any case, you should check that the background process (SSE - Server side events -) is running correctly. You can check a test process in the maintenance area, using the 'Run long process' button and verifying that it runs correctly and updates the iteration counter every second.

In some non https environments or using proxies, problems can occur.
