During a meeting, Alex mentioned that Documentary References is a common theme throughout Numismatic and Memory projects. We have many models of documentary reference files as a result of various project migrations, and it has turned out to be quite a mess...

At this point, we felt it could be worthwhile to discuss the convenience of consolidating this information. We believe that one option would be to simply delete the documentary reference files and incorporate the information in the document file itself.
If we examine what sort of information we have in the document file there is on one or two fields to be add to the document file.

I want to propose a monografic meeting to discuss this issue with both Numismatic and Memory projects.

If you agree we can schedule it for the 23th February 2024.
