These are the points that have been discussed:
New fields.
To document correctly ancient people should need to add into People under Study
Structured fields
The next fields need to be structured to call other People records instead a text fields:
The fields needs to maintain to import data from unstructured databases.
Unification
For historical reasons people within Dédalo have two sections People and People under Study but this is not the best situation, sometimes people become to under study and is necessary unify it, therefore:
- Unification of
People and People under Study into 1 section. People will move to People under Study
Unnecessary fields
For ancient people is not necessary the next fields:
Biographical milestones:
Biographical milestones need to have a Entity, Role and other People involve into the biographical event. The first proposal is used the Nexus way to add a flexible relations between the People and Entities but it could be complex to manage data, if we use the Nexus the own person need to define his own role and it could be confusing. Using Nexus the combination is flexible but complex. Other configuration could be use a specific component for link to Entity and other People but this configuration is too rigid but easy to understand and work.
Calls to Authors of records (editors):
Author of the records in other sections needs to call to biographical milestones / entities or both. Is necessary to specify if the author is working for one institution or other.
So, that's all
