In the meeting, several changes were agreed upon in the intervention / restoration section:
First, the changes proposed in the initial post were validated.
- New
Title field, which we consider useful in any context.
- Rename the
Diagnosis / Condition [rsc564] field as Descriptionso that it becomes more generic.
- New
People portal, more generic to replace Restorer[rsc565] and Responsible[rsc845]
In addition, other topics were discussed and a few small additional changes were made.
It was agreed that the restoration thesauri will be shared across all facilities in a similar way to toponymy.
In the inspections section [rsc976], the state of conservation field is updated to a shared list of values:
- Critical: Either you intervene or you lose the item.
- Urgent: Intervention should be carried out soon.
- Moderate: It is advisable to do it.
- Medium: Things are happening but it can wait.
- Low: The item is in good condition.
- Pending assessment: No one has reviewed it yet.
In the Conservation recommendations section [rsc949], small design modifications have been proposed and a field for bibliographic references has been added.
