Hi Ainara
Ainara I can not see the documents after uploading them to Dédalo. I can perfectly open them on my computer but in Dédalo they don't show up, even if it says that the file has been uploaded successfully.
Lots of questions here:
What kind of document?
In what format?
Are you editing the document before uploading it?
If yes, what type of application are you using to edit the document?
Which field are you using?
Can you upload other documents or is the behaviour always the same?
Is Dédalo displaying some kind of error?
Which OS (Windows, GNU/Linux, MacOS, ... ) do you use (and which version)?
Please be more specific, to help you we need to understand the situation and the context of the problem.
Ainara I also want to highlight some keys in the pictures I have uploaded. I have created new layers to do so, but afterwards the program doesn't let me highlight the layer on the text
I understand that you want tag one image with some zone using layers to draw it.
Ok, if you have some layer in the image with some draw as:
The layer can be assigned in the text area by pressing the ‘f2’ key.
First, activate the text component by clicking in the field as if you wanted to edit the text, and press ‘f2’, the layer selection will be activated as:
Pick the layer that you want, and will create a draw tag (orange tag with eye icon):
The label stores the link connection to the selected layer (layer 1 in the example) and clicking on the tag will activate the layer in the image. And the label can be moved (dragged and dropped) to the correct place within the text, if necessary.
Note: you can assign a name to the layer if you want to identify it more clearly. to do so, click on the layer name and change it.
I hope it will be clear.
Best
