I wonder if the right term in English is 'accession' instead of 'registration'
In this section, in general, seems that the document/documents will be always present. Is it possible to group the fields 'municipality', 'recovery place' and the map? Now it's a big area thats pushes down the documents. This will allow to fold the group to facilitate documents reading and managing.

Is better term Admission instead Accession?

And I think that is ok to group the location fields.

Done the name was changed and the geo fields were grouped.

Accession > In the filter, I'm searching in depth in 'Recovery place' > 'dependent of' to find records after their parents in that field but is not possible. In the filter, the only thesaurus available for the field 'dependent of' is 'France', instead of 'inmovable', which seems is the right one.

You don't need to search in this way... you need to use the autocomplete to search the parent and it will recover all children, is not necessary to go inside to get the field depende of.

In this way:

Give me all immobiles in Huelva province:

And the result will be all children as : Nerva

Because Nerva is inside Huelva

I understand, but in my installation is not working in that way. I have a parent (Paterna) with many children but the search of 'Paterna' returns "no results found". Give me time. I will check what's happening...
