Entities that depend on another entity (more about Onomastic tesaurus)

We were thinking about the implications of eliminating Onomastic thesaurus and keeping only the main structure.

We are concerned about entities that depend on another entity, as in this example:

The same occurs in concentration camps:

(And I'm sure that we can find more examples with the same structure.)

Here we have an entity that is itself an entity but also brings structure. How can we reflect this kind of relations?

We have to carefully think more about it to find a solution.
