I would suggest to create a specific media tab for the tchand tchi sections for grouping the pictures, videos and pdf's. In general, those resources constitute the most relevant and descriptive part of the record. There are several reasons for this proposal.

Some records include a lot of pictures and seems useful to display a bigger gallery by default. Now the gallery it's limited to one line because the space is limited due to the presence of many fields in the descriptiontab.. With a new tab will be easier to display more images by default.
With the current layout, the secondary images are displayed far from the general description above and it's necessary to scroll down quite a lot.
A new tab will help to compare the images between theidentifying images and image fields,
A new tab will help to move the images between theidentifying images and image fields, as they will be displayed closer.

In my opinion, resources should remain linked to their corresponding field. For example: if images, videos or PDFs provide descriptive information, they should be kept in the DESCRIPTION module. I do not consider it correct to generate a new module with these resources.

A possible solution may be to improve their display within each module by generating drop-down tabs so that the display of these resources is clear and not invasive.

I think you both have a point. It is true that the space for images is not enough. But on the other hand, images right now are not located in the description but in the general information of the object.

Maybe we can keep one or two identifying images where they are right now and in the description area build a space (portal?) with all the images (maybe it could be interesting also to add any other media as 3D, for example).

Maybe it's possible to try a little improvement in one label related with the tch section. It can result a little bit confusing to use a similar name for the components persons (tch55) and person (rsc1156) within that portal. The same happens with entities. Perhaps labels like related people or related entities are more clear for the name of the portal and prevent confusions between those components in the filter.

So, was done, they were changed in the ontology:

The same name is used for the section documents (tch300) and for the resources document (rsc176). I would suggest to change the name of the first one to archive. This term seems even more clear for describing an inventory of documents.

Manuel Gozalbes I agree. But everything is an archive, regardless of the nature of the assets it houses. I suggest replacing it with terms like "inventory of documents" or "document registry" or "list of documents." I hope I understand your suggestion.

It's in Inventory menu (Catalogue in English), therefore, it's a totally different thing that a Resource, And adding Inventory is redundant

Inventory->Documents inventory
Inventory->Inventory of documents

And is not a register, because the section is the same of the Objects or Photographs sections that they are a Catalogues

So, I don't have any good idea, maybe Documentation but is not the meaning of the section, it's a Catalogue not an auxiliary section.

Any other suggestion / idea?

Archive is generic but, in a similar sense, document is also pretty generic. I would suggest to use, the shortest form texts, text | pdf or pdf | text instead of document for rsc176. It's not perfect, od course but it's clear.

The term “text files” is, in my opinion, not the most appropriate in this context. I suggest using “textual records” instead. This term encompasses documents that are handwritten, typewritten, or printed on paper. It includes letters, reports, memoranda, minutes, and so on.

It is a technical term used in archival science, and its meaning is well-defined.

The PDF files can be an image, they are not just text files... a PDF can be any kind of document and that is the reason for the media name for rsc176.
