This feature was introduced to the ontology on January 27, 2025, at 7:24:31 PM. It was specifically added for the Related heritage tch179 entity.
It can manage any relationship with the sections defined using the hierarchy typology number 8 - Catalog. This hierarchy must be active because Objects can be considered a thesaurus, just like any other section.
First, you need to check if the object is defined as a hierarchy and is active. (It's not necessary to check if it's "Active in thesaurus," but it is mandatory to check if it's "Active.")

If your hierarchy is well-configured, you have two ways to establish a relationship between objects:
Direct Hierarchy:
Using the Dependent of tch3, you can create groups or sets.
Coffee set
Use the Related terms tch179.
Here, you're creating a some kind of relationship that isn't hierarchical because it's not a set or group, but you want to specify that this object has a relation with another one.
For e.g:
- Kalatos with a inscription that refer a mosaic
- Mosaic in which a Kalatos is drawn.
They are not a set, and they do not have the same kind of properties as object name, materials, or other characteristics. However, there are connections between them that cannot be explained by any other properties.
Note: These relationships are not intended for grouping objects as: all Kalatos (use the Name of the property tch152 or Typology tch241). Or all objects of 1915 (use Period / Culture / Dynasty / Style tch554 ), etc. These relationships are for connections that cannot be established in any other way.
I hope is clear.
