This is a screenshot of the documents in actv1 sections. The field description maybe should be eliminated from the portal. It's too long and unuseful there.

Hi

it is your installation, the portal is displayed correctly

I also have a lot that are OK. I think it's a problem of line breaks.

In the list mode the identifying images are not displayed. This is a screenshot of excavations (real section actv1). You can see the publication button for, but the image is not shown. In the register that images are perfectly displayed, so it seems a problem of the list mode.

I've created the a hierarchy for activities and the contents of the models are ready, but the I link the geberal term modelonly the pencil and the bin are displayed

Manuel Gozalbes the image is not shown.

The hierarchy of excavations was created before the list definition. To fix it re-create the hierarchy following this steps:

      1. Update the ontology, it will have to be at least:

      Dédalo 2024-06-01T12:23:33+02:00 Benimamet

      1. Update your code, it will have to be at least:

      6.2.2. build: 2024-06-02T19:21:01+02:00

      1. Enter into the hierarchy section of excavations and click to open the Hierarchy tool:

      1. Force to create again the hierarchy:

The new ontology will be create with the list definition, it will sync with the actv definition.

It seems that data visualisation in the field location is not complete. In the virtual section excavations of actv1, the field location doesn't display the term, but displays the parents. Is posible to link records from tchi1, but when any value is selected from the autocomplete, only the parents are displayed.

        Hi

The Location actv19 is pointed only to toponymy thesaurus, so, is not possible to be linked to the Immovables tchi1. Perhaps are you talking about «Place» actv111? that it could be linked to Immovables.

So, if the question is about «Place» it was fixed in the ontology:

We have created several 'activities sections' based in actv1. The sections are perfect for recording different kinds of contents like, activities, exhibitions, excavations or even games. The only demand we have is that we would like to link tch contents to those records and we can't. It seems useful to establish this connection because tangible heritage and activities are connected in many ways. Is it possible to create a portal in `àctv1 to link those records from the inventories section?
        Thank you..

Yes, you rigth, actv need the connection with tch1, tch100 and tchi1 also.
It was done in the ontology:

          Hi all!
In the section tipology actv1, the search filter is not working in the field actv6. We can get the results when searching with (*) but wet get 'no results' when we search any specific terms from the actv2 model.
          Thanks in advance 🇦 😉

I try to reproduce the search and is working.

Can you explain with more detail? (maybe you can post a screenshot)
Are you using the actv1 section or you are searching with other section? (as a thesaurus section created with actv1)

              Hi again,
here are some screenshots with the process:

              1. This is the list view of the Activities section activity1. One of its fields is 'Typology' actv6.

              1. We search by one of the terms that appear in this field, for example 'Conferencia' (which we see is in some of the records that appear at the bottom).

              1. The search result returns 'No records found', when obviously there are records with this term.

The search does find the records that contain information in the field (*) but does not locate the specific term. We don't know if it could be a permissions problem, but we don't see anything unusual.

              Regards

                Hi

I reproduce the issue and it works perfectly. Seems a problem with your data.

Question; if you change one record manually, assigning "Conferencia" manually, it works?

                1. If the answer is yes:
The issue could be a unsync at the relations cache, so you can fix it in maintenance panel, Set the field with
                  matrix_activities

and press the button: Regenerate relations table data
The process can be long if you have a lot of data, when it finishes, try to search again.

                2. If the answer is no:
You will need to look at the PHP error log to find the cause of the error... some errors in the locators, such as a bad id or bad JSON data, can stop the search.

                I hope it helps.

We are planning to move the records of the museum’s permanent exhibition rooms from the Topography section to the Activities section. In this context, we propose incorporating some changes to the actv data model to improve these records. The proposed modifications are as follows:
                • Spilt the Related Heritage and Related Resources into two new independent groups, as they are currently combined in the Gallery group.
                • Add a portal for vectorial documents in the Related Resources.
                • Add a new component for an Identifying Illustration.
                • Add a new field for Highlight record.
                • In the Location [tch348] field of the tch model, include a reference to the Activities Thesaurus group to allow marking the location of items when they are on display in the permanent exhibition rooms.

We trust that these suggestions fit well within the àctv`model.

                Thank you very much.

It makes sense, Activities has illustrations such as posters, ephemera, etc. so including vector documents is a good idea.

Therefore, was done in the ontology:

After the update, the component description (actv15) is no longer multilanguage, so we missed the access to the already created contents.

Yes, my fault... it was changed by error.

It was fixed, but only for the ontology > 6.5.0, therefore if you needed, you can change it manually until you update your code. The change was done in:

                    6.5.0 | 2025-04-17T13:22:49+02:00

Update your Dédalo installation to get it.
