Numisdata6 User Guide Qs

I am working on a user guide for Numisdata6. This will become the starting point for a multi-language (in terms of data input and user interface) Southeast Asian Numismatics Digital Archive (SEANDA), most likely to be hosted in Thailand. Initially, the guide will be a PowerPoint presentation which allows for the slides to be supplemented by audio commentary. Caroline von Nicolai graciously shared her user guide with me which provided several useful suggestions. Are there other user guides I could learn from?

The main challenge I am facing is that I am limited to the Demo version.

At the moment, I would appreciate assistance with the following:
[1] Basic navigational tips for understanding the function(s) of each icon and feature.
[2] How hierarchies are developed along with their relationships. The hierarchies tab is inactive in my Demo version.
[3] How to record auction houses. The auctions/auction tabs are lacking in the Demo.
[4] How to record aggregator sites such as acsearch and CoinArchives Pro.

Dear Bob,
as we - the Swiss Inventoty of Coin Finds - are new in Dédalo as well, we will need tutorials/user guides for our partners (an us) in any case. We decided to have them in English. So maybe we can have an exchange on that.
